For all support projects 100% of total project cost is paid on completion of the project within 10 days of delivery.

For Implementation project 30% of total project cost is paid as Advance Payments.

40% of the payment is done on completion of the prototype or upon agreement or on reaching the agreed milestone.

Upon receiving the second payment the source code is handed over to the clients.

30% is paid only after the project is hosted and delivered.

For Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) also known as (Annual Maintenance Charges) project 75% of total project cost is paid as Advance Payments and 25% upon agreement or on reaching the agreed milestone.

For Domain Registration 100% advance payments.

For Domain hosting 50% can be paid as advance payments and then 50% upon hosting the solution or webpages \ website.

For Email Host or Microsoft\Office 365 100% advance payments.

For Microsoft Azure “Pay as you go” services customers has to punch company or his\her payments details to run the services.
