Our services, including IT consulting, AI integrations, Microsoft Copilot solutions, and digital transformation projects, are customized and executed based on client-approved proposals or scope documents.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the official project start date.
If a project is canceled after partial work has begun, applicable charges will be deducted based on hours spent or deliverables submitted.
No refunds are issued once the project has commenced or deliverables have been shared.
In case of prepaid services not yet started, a refund may be processed with a deduction of up to 20% to cover administrative costs.
For any consulting, webinars, or training services booked via AtiSunya.co:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
Custom software, licensing, integrations, or research-based work are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.
Domain registrations, third-party subscriptions, and hosting services (if procured through us) are also non-refundable.
We reserve the right to review special cases at our discretion, particularly in case of delays or service disruptions caused by AtiSunya.
