No physical goods are shipped unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines for services are agreed upon in advance through formal proposals, contracts, or statements of work (SOWs). Any delays will be communicated proactively.

For standard services, delivery begins within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
For enterprise/custom projects, timelines may vary based on project scope and client dependencies.

3. Service Exchange or Replacement

As our services are tailored and project-specific, exchanges are generally not applicable.

However, in the event of:

Technical issues caused by AtiSunya’s team

4. Non-Exchangeable Services

The following are non-exchangeable once delivered:

Process automation solutions
AI/ML models or trained datasets
Time-bound consulting sessions or workshops

5. Service Disruption or Failures

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill the agreed service due to unforeseen internal issues, we will:

Offer a full or partial refund, or
Propose alternate delivery options with revised timelines.
