Our Instructional Skills for Technical Trainers course equips you to deliver high-quality Microsoft training in onsite, remote, or hybrid settings.

 Hands-On & Interactive Learning

This program goes beyond lectures. You will actively participate in:

▪ Group discussions and peer feedback
▪ Teach-back sessions (15–30 minutes) with expert reviews
▪ One-on-one coaching and progress tracking
▪ Action planning and second-chance sessions if needed

 Course Format & Schedule

We offer both online and offline classes. Moreover, learners can choose time zones that suit them.

4–5 sessions per week
4 hours per day
Small cohorts (8–10 learners max)
Time zones based on learner location
